If , The woman can have a Child or an abortion with out a mans consent why then when she decides to have the baby why is it then the mans responsibility. I know it take two to tango but when the man pays he then cannot affords to live and he too goes on welfare there by creating a welfare system. We need to allow choice for the woman and for the man? I just do not understand how it is only the woman's choice if the blame goes for the man after the baby is born but not before.
