  • ending things?

I ended a 5 yr long distance relationship with a single mom, its been 4 months and she continues to email and call me however I refuse to respond as I feel a dialogue would only provide false hope or pain. Am I wrong to think that it's best to cut myself out completely from both her and her sons life?..even though it hurts to hear them upset, hurt and unclear why ended it.....I think she just knows what buttons to press.

  • a girl that will make you laugh, do they exist????

I've dated someone for the past 4 yrs, physically we are still passionately attracted to one another...we share the same OCD for fitness/health....we share the same ethics,beliefs..

however arrogant this sounds I'm frustrated with having to "teach" rather than discuss art, philosophy, science ect...

I think she has the interest to explore these things & sadly was never given the opportunity to.

I just wonder if i'll ever find a girl that will actually make me laugh out loud or be as inquisitive as me???

  • take a risk? or walk away?

I've dated a girl with child for the past few years...long distance to complicate matters. Now were face with a fork in the road, she wants to either part ways or move states with her son to live with me...(I've been quite independant for a long time)

I'm trippin because not only do I fear the impact/possible resentment from the child...but I also have some doubts about us, not reassured by the limited snippets of time we get in our present arrangement.

If it was only her I'd have taken this risk long ago and see where things ended up; and she is trying to reassure me that its not a big deal and does not want to walk away without at least giving this a try.....

ps thanks for reading all that...

  • ending a relationship?

I just broke up with a 4 year long distance relationship with a single mom...as most humans should feel horrible about breaking someones heart I feel doubly so for doing it to 2. Its somewhat cold feet, somewhat doubting she's the one?...

Now she wants to fly here just to say goodbye (as opposed to the phone) and spend her birthday with me... do i hold my ground??

    hellllllllllllllllllllp
