He is always doing senseless stuff. he is a nice guy and i do love him. IM NOT SAYING I AM PERFECT. Like he touches a dog and touched my pizza box. he even had played with a dog and came home and ate a pizza. Ate off of the floor. Pees and don't wash his hands. Things be right in front of him and he doesn't see them. He doesn't care about his environment until I showed up. Don't wash his face. don't take a bath of course he doesn't stink but you know. He comes from the outside and never washes his hands!! And doesn't have that flu!! LOL seriously!!

 I try to talk to him and he gets mad!! 

I just got my real estate finance license. Where should i be looking for jobs online? What's another name for real estate finance? Mortgage. Should i try a bank? Someone said that would be more easier. 

Please read all. Im not having a child without a husband/ man in the house. Ive dated guys for one month to one year to 10 years. How long should we court each other? My biological clock i feel is ticking!! I never been married. No kids never pregnant. I have been engaged more than once. The 3rd guy my fiancee proposed one month after meeting me, but cheated on me w his ex. And the other 2 was liars and cheaters.!!!. Im all about growth and maturity and integrity. It doesnt mean i dont lie sometimes we all makes mistakes. And do crazy stuff. But they lied way too much. Especially one got a girl pregnant and hid it from me.  It doesn't mean i have trust issues bc i dont. I can trust again.

My mom was with her ex for over 15yrs before they broke up. He got married to someone 6months later after their break up!! My mom told me never to put my all in a relationship to always put myself and my needs first. And i agree.

But I always put that special someone first and it never works out. My ex and i was together for 2.5 years. I put my energy into the wrong person. 

So what should i do? Put my all? Or never put my all??? Rather married or not...  How can i avoid getting heard?

Im 34 years old. No husband no kids. He's 60. I love older men but i stop being interested in men way over 50. He's divorce.

He and i have a lot in common. He has a pic of me on his phone. He shows everyone my pic. He sends me love music to my messages. We talk almost everyday. He is smitten by me admitted that he has a crush and a lil obsessed. Crazy about me. I never experienced that from any guy at all. I dont think he has a lot of money. He uses the washteria and laundromat and he drives an older vehicle but it looks nice. i never seen the interior. But its older. Im not judging him in a nasty way but just saying. I feel in my opinion you should have something to show for it. I guess maybe later he will.

I want children. And i was told 60 yr old men have Erectile Dysfunction (ED) so he's wayyyy to old. Some 50 yr olds too. 

So many ppl are telling me No. A friend is saying yes do it bc im getting older not younger n she wants me to have kids. Heck i want a family as well!!

 I was in a car accident September 23. All i have is liability. The other person doesnt have insurance. So I bought uninsured motorist September 24.

The reason im asking is bc someone said I could do that. Because my police report wasnt ready nor filed until Sept 27th. Is this true or false. Yes i made my claim. September 23. The person said they did do it. I dont know if they sued their insurance or not. The young lady that hit me was 20yr old im surprised her family did cover her. I think they hv money i dont know. But i am suing her. The police gave her both at fault. But the court says its her fault. Im just asking just wondering.

Hes 21 im 33. We just met. Hes in the military. He wants an older woman. He held my hand the first day we met. He told me i was beautiful. And he wants to one day get married and he wants it to be me. He seems sweet and caring. Im asking before we get too serious. I told him he has to get his **** together. If he wants to be with any woman. He has a BMW he doesnt have a license and he doesnt have a place of his own yet. But he's working on that. Sounds better than my ex. My ex hated to work and didnt want to better himself and he was40 yr old. He had nothing and wanted nothing.

I dont mind talking on the phone. The men not from out of state but men near me never bring me on a date. They can be at least 20miles away never ask me out on a date but instead talk. One month i cut them off at 2months. Conversation is good then boring!! Yawn!! Give me the honest truth!! Why

Im single, cute, fun to be around, funny, i have integrity, spontaneous, kind, and giving. I own my own land and home. Im an entrepreneur. Im in school. Im not broke and not rich either. No children.

Soon I will have my own garden and farm. Travel more often. And i dont steal.
