But when I restart my computer it says hit F10 for system recovery. I have tries a dozen times hitting F10 over and over but my computer still jus restarts like normal. I have no restore discs. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I didnt request it and I have the IP address and ISP Host where it came from. Is there anything I can do with that information?
