I have dell dimension 1100 computer.In memory slot 1,I have 256 MB & I want to buy another memory card to put in the other slot because I play a lot of games I have downloaded & it takes up a lot of my virtual memory. What size should I put in the other slot? The max. capicity is 2.0 GB. Does that mean I can only get 1GB or I can get 2GB?

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to get help with removal of excess skin after gastric bypass surgery? My insurance pays for gastric bypass,but not for the excess skin removal. Someone told me you could donate to the Shriners,but that's not so. It has to be taken directly from live tissue & then used. Anyway,I can't donate it. Anyone have any other suggestions?

What is the difference between calories and kilocalories?

I know “calorie” we refer to in food is actually kilocalorie. 1 kilocalorie is the same as 1 Calorie (upper case C). A kilocalorie is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 kilogram of water one degree Celsius. Why do they call it calorie & kilocalorie? It makes no sense to me.

Do you think downloadable music & movies are killing albums & cinema business? If so,what kind of evidence can you show?

I'm trying to upload videos that I took @ Thanksgiving & have on my computer & put them on myspace page. How do I get the code to put them on? I have no problem adding ones from youtube & other videos,just the ones I took myself.

do you think it's fair to pick the first answers when voiting? I always read through all the answers,unless it is a very lengthy one,then I scan through it. I try to be fair,but I see where a lot people only pick the first answer. I know the Q's & A's, & points don't really mean much,but don't you think maybe some people's feelings might get hurt when they take the time to give a great answer only to have it ignored?

My daughter married a mexican 16yrs ago,had a son w/him who's now 15yrs old. She left her husband when her son was 5yrs old &moved back to her home state. Her husband came back to spend a night w/her saying he wanted to talk things out. In mid of the night,he took their son & left. We had no idea where he was til 3 wks ago. We went 2 visit w/him & have stayed in contact ever since,but now his father keeps trying to keep him from talking on the phone. Says he lost the cell phone a couple of days & etc.His father has kept him at home all the time(no school sports or social life). He told us he used to have friends that he would play ball w/at the park when his dad went w/him,but now they're older & do other things now he only has his dad & his dads friends. That isn't good 4 him. He needs a social life himself. He told him be4 he could come visit 4 holidays,but now says no. Things got worse after she sent money 2 son.How do we deal w/it? They're still married. Serious answer please.

what's the weight limit per person on the Mystery Mine Ride at Dollywood,Tn? Will the straps to hold you in go over someone with a big stomach? A friend of mine is going with me & has a huge stomach & I don't know if the straps will hold him or not.
