Have you ever had bad customer service?
I recently was dealing with a cable outage with Comcast of GA. There customer service sucks and their repair times are rediculous. I started having problems with my cable in January, and the problem did not get fixed until May. And that was when my apartment complex decided to do a bundle with Comcast. And when I called their escalations department AND contacted their CEO in Philly, they didn't care to reply except for a we are so sorry it took so long. So, the person who can give me their worst experience with customer service will win 10 points.
