Great physical condition can also lead to looking younger. I am alomost 44 and I have been told that I can pass for someone that is 30. For some reason this is intimidating to most women I encouter and I'm just wondering what's up. I know the fellas have their preminitions as to what's up, but I would like some honest answers from the ladies.

I think fitness (with the exceptions of diseases and/or illnesses, or medications for both) is a lifestyle. Some are blessed with good genetics while others have to work harder at it. Regardless, if you want your internal systems to work and your external systems to reflect the same, exercise is the only way. There are exceptions to the rule where surgery may be needed for relief of pressure on internal and external systems, but you will never develop your internal systems (cardio-vascular, skeleto-muscular) or your external systems (physique) without putting in some hard work and eating discipline. Women get with a good man, leave him for one that is the total opposite and when they get done wrong, they want to choose a good man next and hold the new man accountable for the things the last (bad) man did; demand more from the good man than they did from the bad one as well. Then when it's all said and done and they have wasted years of their life with the bad man and developed all kinds of baggage, they then want to be swept off their feet by a good man (often times, the one they originally left). All the while 'justifying' all of their wrong doings against the good man and additionally blaming the bad man, or men in general, for what it is that they are really responsible for...
