Ok..I found a house I like in a better neighborhood and I need to list my house on the market. How would a bridge loan benefit me?

This weekend we are invited to my fiance's friend wedding reception. This reception is not typical and kind of like a pot luck in their backyard. We are asked to bring a dish to share. What kind of gift should we bring? Normally I would give $100 per person for a reception, but they are not providing food. I don't know what to do.

Ok, so i sent my save the dates for my destination wedding for Dec. of 2009 this weekend and I am not inviting one cousin of mine. This cousin of mine did not invite me (or his parents) to his wedding and always asked me to borrow money, which i only lent him once and he never repaid. I decided not to invite him to wedding and my aunt (his mother) is very upset. I have a limited number of guests to invite (only 125 total) with both families and honestly could care less if he and his new wife and baby are their. My aunt was suppose to room with my grandma for my wedding (we are going on a cruise) and my grandmother is paying her way. when she learned i was not inviting her son she told my grandmother to cancel her reservation. so fine, i will find someone else to room with my grandmother. question is was it wrong for me to not invite him and should i just send him a damn invite even though he didnt care enough for his family to invite to his reception?

I dont know if I should wear a long formal dress or a short cocktail dress? I dont want to wear pants even if its freezing outside.

If I buy a home this year and they are charge PMI insurance, is that deductible next year? I looked on the IRS website and they only mention PMI on rentals, and this home will not be a rental, but my residence.
