How much gasoline would the U.S. save if we were all allowed to roll through stop signs at up to 5 mph?
Coming to a complete stop and then starting is a terrible waste of gas. Obviously full stops are necessary when another car has the right of way. But the rest of the time, when safe, we should be allowed to roll through at up to 5 miles per hour.

I am a guy and no expert in salon etiquette. I tip the person who cuts my hair ($6 on a $30 haircut). But what about the woman who washed my hair? Right after my washing seems like an awkward moment to find my wallet, etc. Does my hair-cutter tip out the hair-washer (like the waiter-busboy relationship in a restaurant)? Thanks.
