  • how can I strengthen my biceps?

    I have been going to the gym for two months. Most of the muscles have really increased in strength but not my biceps. They look a bit bigger but I can't lift anymore than when I started. My triceps have increased a ton.

    What are some good exercises to build biceps? Curls haven't worked, either freestanding or over a bench.

  • Looking for the name of a guy/girl vocal band?

    I think they are from the 90's, maybe pop music. There are about 6 band members, all of them sing. About half are male and half female.

    I have no idea what they sing, but I vaguely remember their music videos. They didn't really dance, just moved around and sang together.

  • Can schizophrenics be safe parents?

    My ex husband is schizophrenic with psycotic tendencies. He has been hospitalized with homicidal urges several times. I am terrified when he has our kids. Does anyone have any resources for how safe schizophrenics are with kids? He has unsupervised visits and I can't find any info to help my and our kids cope.
