I live in the U.S. and want to get into non-American Football. I wanted to follow a team but not sure who to follow. I don't want to bandwagon but I also don't want to be a miserable fan. I have always kinda liked Chelsea. What do you guys think?

I sprained my ankle my junior year of high school (2010). I wasnt able to put pressure on it for about 1-2 weeks but I never had crutches. I only had an air brace and never went to see a specialist or physical therapist. Now 4 years later I cant run on treadmills or jog outside for more than 10 minutes without my foot in total anguish and my ankle is still somewhat swollen. I cannot fully rotate it still and it hurts when I rub it. Do I need to keep exercising it or do I need to see a specialist?

I received a several gamestop gift cards and I am trying to figure out what I could buy. I received $140 in gift card and I am looking for Xbox one gear. I already have Madden, Ghosts, BF4, Forza, Ryse, 1 headset, 1 controller, play and charge kit.

Hey I was looking into buying a new microphone. I was looking at the Shure Super 55 Deluxe and was wondering if there are any other brands of this style mic.

Sometimes when I am singing it feels like my throat starts to get tight and my sinuses and soft palate start to ache. It happens mostly when I am singing in the car but when I get on stage it doesn't happen. Is this because I haven't warmed up at all or lack of water? It wouldn't be a big deal but it hasn't started happening but recently and I don't want this to start happening when I get on stage as well.
