When I was a teenage (and as a small kid) I hung around an AMA motorcycle racing shop in the 1950's. and the guy who raced did so for a BSA dealer. When I got my license he said he had a BSA 500 Star Twin that needed rebuilding and if I gave him $50,00 and bought the parts he would help me rebuild it. It was titled as a 1953, but had a swing arm frame, also it was not a street bike but a factory racer so we had to wire in a head light and tail light for the street. I rode it several years and it would run with and out run many new 650cc bikes, plus out handle them. WHAT was this I had? (My old friend in Texas still has it).

This aircraft was a large single engine type with only a pilot, even whereas when a kid I built a model of it I cannot remember what it was called. This was NOT the VETOL type but standard aircraft design.

I question this from the beginning, considering the type and age of the driver and the more that is revealed the more sure I am it is a fake. Does anyone else agree with this conclusion?

It seems that we are not allowed to speak our minds and use terms that are factual and direct these days in not only politics but everyday speech. I think this has been carried far too far. What do you perceive as to your right to free speech as long as it is not profanity.

I have a 2006 vtx1300 R/S and the factory tail light is inadequate and I cannot locate an additional rear light bar set up for it. Is any decent additional light set up made?

The unemployment insurance is going to cost Employers Three Times more than what it is now because of high unemployment claims, which will cause employers to be forced to FIRE employees (thus no unemployment claim allowed). This seems totally stupid and will only cause more people to be unemployed, without any help. That should increase the crime rate of course and give more job openings on the police forces.

I have been doing Answers now for several years and as of yesterday I opened it and all of the thousands of points I had earned were gone, and it appears I was to be made to start all over again. IF this is proves to be true the Answers SUCK and I will never again use it.

All across this country at town meetings there has been tremendous out pouring of demonstrations of dissatisfaction with the Health Care Reform bill, but yet at the two (2) meetings Obama actually attended there were no critical/disagreeing remarks or questions. My My, one would almost suspect that those audiences were prepped/rehearsed and staged, but of course our wonderful leader and government would never stoop to such a con game, would they.

There have been seriously heated town meetings and protests all over this nation against this bill. Remember when people protested the Viet Nam war they were called " Un-American ", well it is happening again, but I feel that it is American to protest something obviously wrong.

Why is it our society does not grasp perversion (or the term " Illegal' ) , whereas if one is a ***** or a Dike that is what you are, so WHY cannot this be recognized in a pure simple view? I am not a homophobic just a hard core REALIST and want straight answers.

I continue to see " Harry Home Owner " purchase these old time engineering garden tractors to merely mow their lawn, when the Zero Degree mower is far far superior and often less in the home owner category.

I recently up dated to Internet Explorer 8 and since them have had nothing but problems, slow action, pop ups, computer suddenly switching off into the wild blue yonder..etc., Has anyone else had these problems and how did you correct them?

It is obvious that at least 3 million of the 9 million home owners Obama wants to bail out could not afford the homes to begin with and will never be able to do so. This by all common sense and reality is a total waste and such funds should go to assist honest working people who can barely make it but are busting butt to do it. This has to be nothing more than a political rip off move, and to save the corrupt bankers who allowed it to happen to begin with.

Should welfare be abolish for any and all healthy adults perfectly able to work and earn?

It seems obvious Dale Earnhardt Jr. is having serious issues and is becoming a danger to himself and other drivers, thus perhaps he should manage a team and stay off the track otherwise. He has been a respectable driver but has always lacked that " killer instinct " Dale Sr. had naturally and now it seems Jr. has slide backwards for some reason.

We of America and most of Europe cheered and laughed when the USSR collapsed under its own weight of government greed, corruption and waste, perhaps it is getting near the time when Russia can cheer and laugh at the collapse of the Western nations for the very same reasons.

It certainly is a nice looking bike, and with Honda quality. The asking price is not out yet but I would guess around $12/13,000, which would make it a lot of FUN for the dollar, as are Honda's other models. So, what is your in put?

My ancestor was Frederick Lorenz Schmidt, came to America in 1776 as a Hessian soldier. I know he/family lived in Anspach (Bavaria) at that time period but so many records have been destroyed in wars.
