If I purchase a configured-to-order computer from HP, with a MasterCard, when will the order cost be charged to my account?

Under HP Home & Home Office Store - Terms and Conditions, it says "Order costs will be charged to your account upon acceptance."

Does that mean my account will be charged when the item ships?

okay. i'm going to get a haircut pretty soon and i know what kind i want, but i'm not very good at describing, so i need some pictures. i want a medium to long haircut that is layered kinda shaggy, has a lot of texture, and the hair in like sort of thick chunks, the sides flipped up/curled up (sorta like wings in skater haircuts). the bangs are kinda thick, but separated so it doesn't look emo. i want them to be swept to the side. i hope you know what i mean, you probably saw someone with a haircut like that (it's pretty popular i think). anyone with the pic i'm looking for gets best answer.

i have a myspace page and my id has quotes around it.

the id is displayed in the title bar of the browser, but instead of quotes, it displays & q u o t ; (no spaces, i had to do this cause Y!A automatically changes it to real quotes) around my id.

also, this flash (here's the basic layout of it: http://www.flaashy.com/flash_templates/screens/scr... ), (click on the box and the dark bold black text in the left top corner is where the id is) doesnt recognize the quotes either but instead of & q u o t ; it displays quot .

i have windows xp 32-bit home edition version 2002, sevice pack 2. i recently upgraded my trend micro antivirus software, and i'm using it's firewall. i think i might be using the built-in windows xp firewall at the same time. this might be the problem, but i don't think so, it never cause problems before. the problem is that i can't upload anything!! i can't upload pictures in flickr, i can't convert pictures online, i con't send attachments in my emails, i can't post new threads (with attachments) in forums, and when i tried the online internet speed test, the download test worked (about 3mbs) but the upload test didn't work at all. when i was uploading photos on flickr, i tired the new uploader (online) their old one (also online), and their flickr uploadr software. i've tried many sites, and different types of uploading, but none of the worked and i've also tried using three different web browsers: internet explorer, safari for windows, and mozilla firefox. i get an error message.

ok. i have a pretty old computer, running windows xp home edition 2002 service pack 2. i reguarly upgrade. and have anti-virus and spyware program. yesterday, i started up the computer and when it's supposed to have the microsoft logo with a loading bar on the screen, the screen was just a grey blank sometimes it blinks to black, then comes back to the grey blank. sometimes, after the blank, the welcome screen appears, sometimes it stays blank and i have to restart it. i have no idea what the problem is. i really need help!

like do you go to a school sporting event together, ask her out to a school dance, etc.?
