im 21yr old i have residential burglary (first offense) robbing my own house....yeah when you figure out how that makes since let me know....anyways i was charged with it back in march 02 2010 and was just informed on friday i had to have a PO. its now june...so for 4 months nobody even realized i was not being checked on. they just gave me the felon and said bye. the judge said i didnt need one but i guess every first offense gets one. well appearently it was my fault for listening to my judge and my attorney when they said i didnt need one. they said that i was supposed to ignore them and listen to what they have to say because my PO is the one is charge. well anyways back to my story

i told them i wanted to go and live with my sister because my sister is going to help me get my GED and get me back on my feet. she lives out of state and i would be going over there for 3 or 4 months. i have 12 months community custidy that i didnt know about until just recently. so my PO said i cant go. i tried explaining to him that i am currently homeless here in wa and i have no family here, no friends and i have tried to get my ged here before but being that i have no income i cant get bus fair everyday to get there and back and i have no house here and i have nothing here.

here in spokane wa they dont really offer any programs for fellons. i have filled out 49 applications but nobody will hire me i cant even get a place to live because of my record. so my question is, what can i do to get my PO to change his mind. if i live with my sister i will have a chance to get my GED, drivers license, she will help me get some more job experiance and when the couple months are over she will help me go straight into jobcore. but he wants me to stay here, where i have no chance at surviving. i just dont get it.....what can i do?

so i am trying to get my life together but i now have a felony on my records for residential burglary. but right now all i can think about is how my life is worthless now . i mean i cant get a place to live, a job i have no idea what career i can even get into now. i always wanted to be a nurse but now that's shot. i know i shouldn't have done it, telling me over N over is not helping me. i need help figuring out what kinda jobs i can get besides flipping burgers with a felony on my record. i don't want to spend all my time going to college to study a certain thing and realize with my record i couldn't get a job in it. i know i AM going to college but just don't know what to go for with my record.

okay so to start it off i am married and we have been trying to have a baby for a while now, i havent had my period since last april so as you can tell my periods are all abnormal now. day after thanksgiving we had sex and the next day i started puking out of nowhere, now normally you'd think theres no way it would happen that fast. it kept going for about a month. i had light pink spotting one night and i was convinced my period was on its way, never happened. no pain nothing but just very very light pink spotting about the size of a nickel. i have had headace's tender breasts and yes its a little dark around the nipples, my nipples are very sensitive and seem to be wider or maybe just bigger.

i am 5'2 and 179 pounds, so yes i am over weight and yes i have been trying to lose weight i have already. but the top of my stomach seems to be getting that pregnancy bump but not the bottom. although right under neath my belly button it seems to be getting slightly hard, not much at all but just enough to notice. i am going to take a test tomorrow but i need to know if there is a chance or not. i dont want to get our hopes up for nothing. i have felt dizzy and i do crave weird things but i keep telling myself that these signs could just be signs for other things in life, im not stressed at all actually. but im getting acene and i have not had that since 10th grade in high school, i was told that was also something that happens as well as heavy weight woman's stomach getting the pregnancy bump on there upper stomach instead of the lower.

so whats your thoughts?

i need to get my periods more regular so im thinking of using birth control. we are also looking into having a baby so how long should i be on birth control to get normal periods and then stop using it.

i need to speak with my doctor to find out what birth control is best for me. i dont really get periods so im thinking maybe thats why its so hard for me to get pregnant now

my house was robbed about 4 months ago and we were living with my father my husband just decided to stay with his sistes the 2nd daty after the house was robbed then a week later he came home and then he spent most of his time out and would come home late and then 2weeks after the house was robbed i came home from a friends house to find out he litterly just up and moved out. my father said the he told him that he was leaving me. then just loaded his stuff up and never came back. well i got kicked out of my fathers house ( no money to pay bills) so i became homeless for 4 months until i found trailerpark that would take me in. my husband didn not contact me until about 2 months ago and it was an e-mail and then i have been fighting him for a divorce ever since. just got himt o sign the papers. but i need to know if that is considered to be abandonment or not. i had no money no close, no food nothing.

i am going to take our divorce to a judge and i would like to know if i could use that in court?

right now i am going to trail for a crime i honestly did not do. its a fedral case if i am found not guilty can i counter sue? the person who robbed my house was an old friend of my brothers and friends with my husband. they found items at the guys house and he admitted he did it but also stated he only did it for my request. i have new evidence showing that my husband had some of the items. we are not legally serparated but he abandoned me after the robbery and the next day after the house was robbed my husband was aways gone. can i sue my step father for this if i am found not guilty?

the case is all hear say. the only thing thats not is the guy who robbed our house was found with all of the items at his house and addmitted he did it. and now my husbands girlfirned who he is now engagged to says she has proof he has some of the items as well. the cops have been fallowing me for months and have no evidence agvainst me but i am the one who is being accused of it.

ok my question is kinda long so here it goes. currently i am going to court because of 1 count residental burglary and count !! theift. sorry if spelling is off. i lived with my step father and husband. found out a few months ago the person who robbed our house confessed and had all the items at his house. he stated that he did it as a request for me. the guy who did it was an old friend of my brothers. my case is strong saying that i didnt do it. i am almost 100%sure i will not go down for something i can honestly say i had no part of. anyways my step father is just dragging this case on and on because he is still bitter about my mother passing away and has been taking it out on me for the past 2 years. my wquestion is, when i am found cleared of all charges can i counter sue him for putting me through this stress?

i have been kicked out of every place i have ever lived at since he kicked me out of his house. i was at the time going to classes for my GED and than college and i was on a lease at one poiint and because of all of this i ended up being homeless for 3 months.

never been one for sueing or for fighting with loved ones but he already knows i am not guilty and so does everyone else but he has turned my brother against me and has had him watching me for those 3 months when i was homeless just to get dirt off me to use in court.

i was at the hospital because of chest pains, well they did an EKG on me and when at rest i was at 79 and i sat up in the hospital and the doc said "omg" then i looked at the EKG thing and it shot straight up to 139 and then up to 148. they said yes i have problems because i have a weak heart and its small than the average heart. but they never said WHAT the problem is called. or what to do next.

ok i need to know if the document i have that has been signed by me and my friend stating that i have legally given him all my belongings in return all my debt to him is cleared. so thats all done but now my old roomate is saying he cant get all of the stuff out of the house until he gets his things. but legally the document states that he has legal right to get his things. only problem is it has not been signed by like a bank or something. its been signed by me ( the person who has all the items and is giving it to my friend) my friend signed it and a witness signed it.....can my old roomate still hold the items until he gets his stupid sun glasses back....its drama i know. why do you think i left lol

i have a document that i wrote up on word and had both parties sign plus a witness, the document is saying that all my belongings are somebody else because i didnt have cash and i owed somebody money for damages. anyways so we were going to go to the bank and have them noterize it or how ever you spell it. but i have to get my things from my old roomates place. i need to know if the document that i currently have with both parties signed it and a witness signed....would i need still need to go to the bank and get them to do that before he can grab my stuff from the old house.

what im getting at is he is my old roomate is trying to hold my stuff now my friends who i legally gave the belongings to hostage until he gets his stupid sun glasses. i need to know if this document will hold up until i can go to the bank...i know my old roomate is creating drama at this point but im trying to cover our end.

and if my old roomate breaks anything now that its its my friends belongings is there any action my friend can take to make my roomate pay for the damages.....this is a house full of items so i need to know how to ensure my friends belongings will be safe.....

im trying to get some information. ok so i bought my husband ( boyfriend at the time) some car parts online with my credit card/debit card. the agreement was that he paid me back with in that year, never happened. i have a friend who was there when he said it. now the only problem is we are currently going through a divorce and i need to know of there is anyway im ever going to see that money. its over 2,000 worth of car parts. am i able to ever see that money again? can the court make him pay me back that money he OWES and if its in his car ( some of them are) can they judge force him to either hand over the car parts in the condition that i bought them or pay the cost of the items?

i have a question, how can i legally get one of my close friends/roomates to speak on my b-half if i was ever to become hospitalized or be sent to jail. i know its over the top but i need to know. i would like him to take over all legal issues, such as my divorce case. if i am not able to speak in court about it or go to any hearing...i would like him to have the legal rights to speak and make choices for my well being. is this possible and if so what steps do i need to make? i am married but currently going to give my husband the divorce papers, i need to know how to make sure that my friend has all the legal right make sure i am not being screwed over during all this. i am a suspect in a crime i can prove i didnt do, i need my friend to help fight the case for me if i can not speak on my own behalf.

my smelling is intense and i for the love of god can NOT handle any type of car or bus i just get sick. i have never ever gotten car sick before. no i didnt use a condom im married and we were trying. i normally have my periods every month but mid march was light april was light and nothing for may so far and its now the 31st and still nothing. normally its on the 17th like clock work either 17 or 9th never passed the 17th. im not stressed, im not changing anything in my life that would make it not come or would create me to have a situation like this so idk
