I am a 16 year old linebacker and I play for the high school football team. I am a smaller linebacker but Im in the running for a top spot. At a team meeting I saw a couple new linebackers walk in who each had about 15-20 pounds on me (I weigh 160). I want to gain mass so that I can keep up with them when it comes to hittng drills. Is there a healthy supplement that I can take to help me gain a lot of muscle mass? I am working out 3-4 times a weak. I refuse to take HGH or Anabolic Roids like my stupid team mates. Please don't just say eat a lot protien, because my family can not be buying me a constant surplus of food. Thank You.
