I ve lived with my parents until now. The college I m attending does not have on-campus housing. My Mom has stated that she is willing to cosign on a lease. Most of the apartments I ve seen require two years of rental history and proof of income, so how do I rent an apartment?

We have two female dogs and one male cockapoo. Even though both of the girl dogs are spayed, the male cockapoo has been humping and sticking his nose up the butt of one of the female dogs. He cries and barks when he's not allowed to be with that female dog. They've been living together for two years, but this has only happened for the last two weeks. We need for this to stop, because we're considering giving him away. Also, we're really limited on money, so while we could neuter him, it would make a dent in our food money. And the girl dog doesn't like it at all, and attacks him when he starts humping her. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
