  • My phone stopped working?

I was taking pictures of myself (conceited, I know) and I put it down in my room because I was hungry and I decided to get some poptarts. When I returned, my phone was on the "turning on" screen, (if you have a DROID Razr Maxx, you know what I mean) it was on the last part of the turning on, but it's stuck on the last part. Knowing Motorola and their smartphones, you can't just take the battery out, because there's no way you can. I've tried holding the power button too, that didn't work. I plugged it in to see if anything would happen-- nothing did.

Can someone help or do I have to return it?

(I have insurance, by the way)
