my brothers wife dropped her laptop and now it will not boot .there is no video on the screen I took the screen off and it does not appear to be broken I put a new inverter board in just for good measure but that did not fix it. the computer is a compaq v4000 can anybody help me

I left one morning and my wireless was working fine and when I came back it did not work. Windows had updated itself and messed up my wireless driver. I have tried system restore and Installing new drivers but nothing works can anybody help me.

Hi I am A certitifed and I want to get into the It field. What is the best way to go about it. I have no experience but I know computer software and hardware inside and out. Can anybody help me?

Can anybody tell me if there is a free program that will let me format and partaition my hard drive. Window vista has left my computer useless and I want to remove it and install windows xp my computer has no os currently on the hard drive since windows vista system recovery formatted and partitioned my hard drive but did not reinstall an os so basically I am screwed until I can find a way to reformat and repartition my hard drive I am pretty computer savy I have passed my comptia 601 test.
