I live in my parents house in Florida. I have a cat that I am fully responsible for. I have had him neutered, microchipped, and he is up to date on his vaccinations. I pay for his food and any expenses that may come up. I am a legal adult and the cat is well cared for. Today they threatened to take my cat to the pound without my knowledge. Is this even legal?

Currently I have a 20 gallon aquarium with a glass cover. The substrate is the coconut substrate and it is about 5 inches deep and moist. I have 3 small hermit crabs. They have moss beds and moss on the ground to hide in. They have a little coconut house, plants, and multiple climbing logs, not to mention the climbing back ground. I rotate their lights. During the day they get a fluorescent daytime light and at night they get a low wattage night basking light. It keeps the tank at 79-80 degrees Fahrenheit. The humidity is maintained at 80% pretty consistently. In the morning, it is a little low but re-wetting the moss and spritzing the tank brings it back up to optimum level.

I just want to make sure my tank isn't too hot for the hermit crabs or too humid for them.

I have a 13 year old TB who used to be ridden 5-6 days a week or more for at least an hour. I got busy with class and haven't ridden him for about a month. I was wondering if anyone could work out a schedule for me to get him reconditioned. I have a show I would like to attend March 3rd and I would like to have him in shape if I can, by then. He was jumping roughly 3' when I stopped riding him and did compete recognized shows. I rode him today and he didn't lose his breath even a little bit.

I am going to be training horses for people but I do not wish to commence training until I have the proper waivers and liability releases. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a free liability and release waiver for the state of Florida.

I like my long hair as it is right now. I have side swept bangs but they are long enough that I can tuck them behind my ears and my hair is a little longer than mid back length. It is naturally pin straight. My boyfriend on the other hand does not like my hair. He would like to see at least three inches come off and my bangs shortened to at least the middle of my nose. I have no idea what would look good on me and I am so conflicted.

This is my hair about four months ago. I haven't cut it. It's exactly how I explained it.

I rolled my ankle about a week ago and it didn't really bother me until the next day. The ankle hurts on the outside of my ankle, just above the bone that sticks out. Stretching the ankle at all, especially inwards or outwards, hurt so bad (it is like a burning sensation). I thought maybe it was sore, so I threw some ice on it and ignored it,walking in pain. But a week later, the ankle still hurts. I stuck an ankle brace on it and have been icing it twice a day but now it burns even while sitting still. I took the brace off to see if it would fix itself but it just got ten times worse. There is no swelling, no heat, and no visible bruising. (I do not swell often however, the other bruise that I have gotten was when I broke my nose, and the only swelling I got was when I tore the muscles in my knee). I don't know if I should go see the Orthopedic or just continue home treatment or what? Any advice or help would be awesome.

I have straight, long dirty blonde hair and I want 1 streak of color on the underside of my hair. I don't want a natural color. I want a unique color. (blue, pink, purple, etc..) I don't know what will look good with my hair type and color. Opinions?
