A big issue right now is whether homosexual marriage should be legal or not. Currently, there are laws set in place that discriminate against people because of sexual orientation; one being the fact that homosexuals cannot get married (nationwide) The ONLY way homosexual marriage can be made legal nationwide is if the US Supreme Court makes a decision that stated it is unconstitutional to discriminate against people because of their sexual orientation. This includes all sexual orientations just as it is illegal to discriminate against people because of race (All races not just African-Americans). So let's list a few different sexual orientations.

Heterosexual

Homosexual

Petafile

Necrofeliac

Beastiality

Now having said that, if the Supreme Court decides that it is illegal to discriminate against people because of their sexual orientation, than it would make all laws that discriminate against these unpopular sexual orientations unconstitutional.

Now I'm not just talking about marriage, I'm talking about all laws that discriminate against sexual orientation.If you die in a car accident, do you want the person embalming you to be a Necrofeliac -I didn't think so.

Now this discrimination against sexual orientation would include Heterosexuals, and all sexual orientations would be equally discriminated against. this includes the workplace-why shouldn't a company be able to hire only Homosexuals, Petafiles, or Heterosexuals.

This being said why not just outlaw marriage; with divorce rates increasing dramatically every year why do people need to get married anymore anyway. Why not just let the benefits of married people go to people living with dependants in general?

I work out and eat a lot but i dont seem to gain weight because I have a high metabolism.

I want to gain wieght naturally without using steroids or creatine or anything like that.

I recently got a job and was required to take adrug test.

I am skinny (120lbs), I have a high metabolism, I excercise regularly, and it has been over 70 days since I last smoked. However I still hang out with my stoner friends while they smoke, and I was wondering if I would be safe to pass my drug test.

I believe that if you truly believe that you can do something with your mind completely free of doubt than you can do anything. Do you believe that doubt keeps you from doing things that you want to do.

What ever happened to voting for presidential candidates for their political policies? It seems to me that in this upcoming election, the Democrats are trying to get elected by appealing to the fact that only caucasian males have been President in the history of our great nation. My greatest fear for the near future of our country is that the people are going to elect an incapable President due to the irrelevant fact that they are either a Caucasian female or an African-American male.

Communism is a good idea on paper. The idea that everyone should be treated equally is an ideal that our great nation was built on. The problem, however, is that communism does not work. While people should be treated equally, no one is the same (or equal). Communism doesn't work because certain careers such as being a heart surgeon, requires a great deal of education and sacrifice, as opposed to working as a cashier at McDonald's; this is why heart surgeons are paid a great deal more that cashiers. Communists suggests that everyone should be paid equal wages, and the government should control these wages. Socialism is considered the "cure for communism", but just like communism, socialism does not actually work. Senator Clinton believes in much too many socialist views, such as free healthcare; this may be good for some democratic socialist countries, like France, but not a free enterprise system like the U.S. I would not vote Senator Clinton for President because she is a socialist!
