Could there be a slight possibility that the year I was born be incorrect and I could actually have been born in 1986 instead of 1989. There's reasons as to why I feel this could be the case, I have always been far more mature at such a young age, I learnt to speak really early and I was a lot taller and developed very quickly physically. I also remember events, tv shows and other things three years before the year I was born.

I eventually found my birth certificate in 1996 and myself and my mother were surprised that I supposedly seven years old at the time as she thought I was younger despite the fact that I matured very quickly.

I know this sounds strange but this is quite important for me as I would hate to find out that I am actually 28 rather than being 25 (I would rather be young), and I will be also applying for my passport and would not like to have any complications whilst applying.

I have had memory loss for some time and have been unable to deal with day to day tasks, even simple ones. As a result I have not been paying my bills correctly and have incurred costs and had account passed to debt management company. They have ignored the reasons for my problems (which I have proof), and added huge charges for me to pay. They have also given me incorrect information over the phone. I have asked for written confirmation of what they say, but not received any so far. What can I do? Please help.

A catalogue company I am with denies receiving payments from me over the phone. They take the payment, say its okay, then a few weeks later I receive a letter asking for late payment charges as well as immediate payment. I feel that this is something that is going to happen a lot with this company, they cannot seem to tell the truth. I feel that they are trying to make money from the late payment charges? What should I do?

I wanted to volunteer to get some experience. I have been on this programme before and it did not help me get a job as I have health problems. I thought I would be on a course, however was told to use the computer applying for jobs all day (I could not put this course down on my CV as I felt it would make matters worse for me). I know others who have had the same experience. This was about a year ago. Have things improved? Will I be able to volunteer/get a work placement from this course. I am desparate for a job and know the longer I am out of work the harder it will be for eme. No offensive replies please, or I will report you.

I am starting up a secretarial service and would like to know if anyone uses or wants to use a secretarial service. What are your requirements? What is most important to you when using such a service - time, cost, efficiency? Would it/or is it something that you would use on a regular basis?

Do I need very good hearing. What other qualifications do I need and what does the training entail? Do I have to go to college to undertake the training? I have done quite a bit of audio typing - is it the same thing?

I did this last week and the company said they did not receive the money, although they sent me a letter to say the payment did not go through for some reason. Although, they knew I made a payment they passed my details onto a credit agency to chase me for debt,which I did not owe. Has anyone else had this experience, if so what can I do about this problem? Lastly, they added a late payment charge to the money they said I owe.

If so, in what way and how was it resolved. For about 2 years a number of my neighbours have come into my home, obtaining keys from local authority and come into my home when I was out. They want me to know they have been into my home to try and scare me. Nothing has been done as I believe the authorities are involved. I have spoken to the police who say they do not know why they are doing this but nothing much has been done. I am afraid something more drastic may happen to me or my home (e.g. a fire started). Many of my neighbours are oaps.

I am particularly interested in doing make up and not sure if I need a qualification or if I can gain experience working in a salon.

I need to know because i was asked for this after they saw my pictures when I applied to join them.
