I live in Harris County in TX. I was in a car accident. I was going down 290 and about to take the Badtke exit. There are no lights out there so the roads are very dark. There was a car parked in the exit lane with no lights on no emergency lights nothing. I took the exit and by the time I could see and react to him it was too late. I swerved and hit his back drivers side. This impact sent him forward and to the right against the concrete wall leaving him in the same lane. My car was air born for a sec the smashed into the far left median. About 30 seconds passed and another car swerved to miss him but hit me from behind. Who is at fault?

Here is the deal….my son is 15. He lives with his mother I pay child-support with visitation rights every other weekend, holidays, etc. His mother and I were never married. The only reason I was put on child support was because she was getting government assistance. (child support is not the issue I gladly pay it) We have 3 kids together 18,17, and the 15 year old. I had surgery about 6 years ago on my head. A tumor was found in my skull at the base of my head (not touching the brain) when the dr. told about the procedure he said he had to drain a cyst that did NOT show up on the MRI. (Now for a bit more back ground) Before all of this I got burned on my scalp hair stop growing there for a while but my entire scalp would itch like crazy. Soon my neck and ears itched too. On one of my ears a big white headed bump appeared and when it burst a lot of puss came out. When I went to a doctor they tested me for everything and I came back clean. They said that the bump was superficial and gave me antibiotics. While this is going on I notice my right hand (same side I got burned was weak. I went to a neurologist and had an MRI with and without contrast and that’s when they saw the tumor. I had the surgery but then I got sores on my scalp and neck that took a year to heal. Every time I went to a doctor about them they said the same thing…the sores are superficial and staph and gave me antibiotics. While all this is going on I am getting weaker and weaker. So now I limp when I walk my right side is very weak I have muscle spasms at times and what looks like puss comes thru my pores on my scalp, face, and in my ears. I can feel and hear a liquid type sensation when I press my neck, scalp, stretch my legs, and my forehead. Thru all this I have not once had a fever to indicate an infection even when they sad I have a staph infection. Please help me
