Im looking at possible but not definate career choices. Ive never looked at being a probation officer before until i came across it on a website (fasttomato). When i say Probation officer i mean working with the age's of like teenager 16+

I was woundering what is needed to achieve this. Ive finished my GCSE's (one including Childcare) and in sept im going to be doing Childcare at college.

As i said its not a definate choice for me, i was just wondering what qualification is needed?

I've done that short work out vid yesterday and the day before. I also did stretches on my legs before and after.

Today my legs realyyyyy hurt. Like it hurts to sit down and walk up/down the stairs.

Please bear in mind i know nothing about working out and fitness im very new to this

What to do before n after i work out, and how much shall i work out?

ATM im just working out for 30mins a day, but will increase. What can i do after ive worked out? I kno you shoudl stretch and cool down, but i mean is they're any foods/drink i can eat to help muscle repair?

What workouts do you find the best? (any body area) And what do YOU do after you've worked out.

Im very new to this so any advice will be appricated.
