I was wondering if anyone has tried ''GNC total lean Burn 60 and GNC total lean Metabolic Elite". Wanted to get some pills so I can get more cut and defined. Which are more powerful n burn more calories. 10 points!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is sometimes when I'm curling I use my shoulders when your not suppose to. I guess maybe I'm not using proper form. When I use medium weight it's okay when using heavier I can't seem to keep from using shoulders. Someone with experience can help me will appreciate it ....

Day 1 work on biceps long head only

Day 2 work on chest lower chest n triceps

Day 3 work biceps short head

Day 4 day off

Day 5 work on chest top n middle portion

Day 6 then repeat over n over again will I get results like that cuz I'm having trouble getting results

Okay do I want to buy two sony speakers that are 1200 watts each do that 2400 for both but im not sure what amplifier to get. Do I need an amplifier with watts more than 2400 watts cuz im not really sure how it all works with power needed. (beginner)

Okay I been trying and trying I've downloaded "visionary" to root my phone I downloaded "superuser" to give me permission, then I got "rom manager" but when I try to install or download rom it reboots but when it starts up it shows a red triangle with exclamation point everytime!
