I'm having issues with some of the missions on the Citadel - I need to purchase things from the Spectre store, but none of them are appearing - just the guns. Is there a way to fix this?

I've noticed that a lot of fantastic fantasy and science fiction work was made by people who had a lot of knowledge on anthropology. I want to make sure that the sentient species in my worlds are well developed with interesting cultures, and I was wondering if there was a good book on anthropology I could buy to help me with my world-building. Of course, I don't want to copy-paste cultures at all, but I would like to get an idea on the diversity of human cultures and how events or environment help shape them and make them so different from one another.

Okay, east of Fun Fun Island there's one small island that has three goddess chests. However, there's one that you need to go down a vine to get to, it's at the bottom of the island. But I have no idea how to get to the vine? If I press A when I'm at the top, it just makes me fall off the island.

A while ago, I remember watching a show about paranormal activity where a woman describes being plagued by a demon that turns into a crow or a raven, and that she did research and it turned out there is in fact a demon in biblical mythology that does turn into a crow/raven.

However, I can't find any info on it. Was it all a fabrication?

Okay I have a ten gallon tank with a filter, an air stone, and a heater, plus it's well planted, so let's get that out of the way first.

Oh I also made sure to cycle it and all, so that's there too.

Okay a long time ago I decided to buy some guppies, but I noticed one of them behaved kind of weakly. Its colors were dull, it's back was bent like a curve instead of straight.

Eventually it died, and this started to happen to all my guppies, killing them one by one. Sometimes there would be a gap of 5 days, and in one case there was a gap time period of 2 months when it killed my very last guppy.

I've done weekly 2 gallon water changes, and I use a mix of spring water and treated tap water.

What I find strange is that I also bought amano shrimp, and none of them have died. Aren't they supposed to be more sensitive to water conditions than guppies?

I'd like to get new fish soon (not guppies), so it would be nice to know if this was a disease that affects guppies or something that could affect my new fish.

I was talking on msn with some friends when I brought up something about fish and I wanted to show them what a 500 gallon tank looks like. I went on google images looking for a good example and clicking on one sent me to a virus site that told me I had malware and it was downloading the antivirus on my laptop or something. It wouldn't let me exit Firefox so I had no choice but to turn off my computer. I turned it back on again, and everything looked fine so I figured that was the end of my problems. However, when I clicked on firefox it RESTORED MY TABS so I was back at the virus site!! I turned it back off again and for several hours my laptop refused to turn on properly. Fortunately it turned on now the day after, and I'm currently running my antivirus just in case, while typing this in Internet Explorer.

I want to use firefox again but I don't want it to restore my tabs again. Is there a way to make sure that won't happen?

For a while, I used paypal without any problems, and I bought a couple of things.

Then, lately when I've wanted to buy things, it tells me there's some problem with my card.

I haven't had any issues with my card, I've used it to buy some things offline without a problem. The only thing I know is that a while ago someone tried to hack into my account and the bank froze it, but I already fixed it. Might that have something to do with it?

I'm writing a Fantasy story with a lot of Sci-Fi elements. The setting takes place on several moons that orbit a gas giant planet. I was wondering if it was possible if said gas giant could reflect enough of the sun's light to give the moons a "daylight" in a similar way Earth does. I know gas giants can produce and give heat (hence the belief that some of Jupiter's moons may hold liquid water), and I know they can't produce their own light, but this is something I can't find online.

I have a betta - and before you say anything, he is in a heated and filtered tank - he's a red double tail. For the last week or so I've noticed that his fins have gotten tattered. I've had bettas with fin rot before and this is NOT fin rot. It happens over night, and each day it's another fin that is tattered. Also his fins don't look like it's being bitten or black like fin rot usually makes it. Instead he looks like he just turned into a crown tail betta, that's the only way I can describe what his fins look like. The only thing that comes to mind is the driftwood I added when I got this betta about two months ago, and I moved it yesterday hoping that it would stop but today yet another fin looks shredded.

Should I remove the driftwood all together? It doesn't look like it has anything that could shred his fins like that, unless the betta squeezed itself between it and the glass. I moved it away from the glass last night.

I'm stumped. :(

A while ago I got a new router, and because of gaming reasons, I changed the channel and and changed it from WPA to WEP. However, since I got the new router, every time I disconnect my laptop from its power cord to leave the room with it or even just use it in bed, it will disconnect for half an instant every 30 seconds or so. It's no big deal if I'm surfing the internet, but I am unable to use MSN or any other instant messaging program unless I connect the power cord. Not the internet, but the power cord.

A while ago, my third betta died. He showed absolutely no signs of illness, lived a couple of months, was always an active betta, etc. just that one day he disappeared and I found him dead the next day. I had two previous bettas previously to this one (Spiffy) and the tank had been cycled for months. The first betta died of old age after 3 years and the second one got stuck behind the filter, which I have now changed, so illness was never a problem. I had the water tested and it seemed that the water was totally fine except it was a bit too alkaline and hard. Since then I added driftwood to the tank and done water changes using spring water instead of tap water to make sure the water stays soft.

I got a new betta and he was fine for a week or two but lately he seems to be a bit lethargic and he has a habit of squeezing himself into tight spaces at the bottom of the tank. Like my last betta, he doesn't shown any outwards signs of illness like spots, raised scales, parasites or fin rot. He seems to swim around the filter output which is strange since bettas hate current.

The only thing that comes to mind is that for a while my sister insisted on keeping the betta light on and it eventually turned into a bit of an algae problem and it might be sucking the oxygen from the water. But bettas are supposed to be used to low oxygen and have a labrynth organ so it shouldn't have been enough to kill my bettas.

Does anybody have an answer? I'm totally stumped.

I've already cycled it and added four male guppies. What else can I keep in it with them?

I've been playing pokemon for the handheld consoles since I was eight, but I'm well aware that there are pokemon games for the home consoles. I've never played them but I read that they aren't considered "main games" for some reason, even though I read that at least one of them has an actual plot.

So what's the difference between the 3D home console pokemon games and the regular 2D Red, Silver, Sapphire, Diamond, etc. games? Why aren't they considered part of the main line of games?

I got a ten gallon tank for my sister. I know that it isn't exactly the best sized tank and my options are pretty limited but I have to stock it with something. Right now I'm still in the process of cycling it but I'm wondering what I can add to it once I'm done. I'm looking for something rather hardy since all I've ever kept are bettas (though I'll be using spring water and have driftwood to make sure water quality is good). I like to have a variety of colorful fish instead of just two types.

I'm thinking maybe

1 female betta or male dwarf gourami + 4 or 5 male endler's livebearers + 3 amano shrimp.

Also would I need an air bubbler? Or is the filter dropping into the tank aerating the water enough?

I bought a water softener pillow for my tank, but now that I've opened it I realized that it's really big and doesn't fit in my filter. Would clipping it to the tank where the filtered water comes out do?

For issues regarding my DS, I changed my security thing from WPA to WEP, and even though my mom's laptop and my laptop can connect with the WEP, I can't connect my sister's. It says something about certificate verification. What's going on? Someone please help me!

I just got a new router because my dad accidentally cut a wire while painting the house, and the comcast guy who came over said that we needed a new router cause ours was too old. My internet connects to my laptop now, and I have the password, but my DS refuses to connect to the internet, is it because my wep key changed? How do I know? How do I fix this?

I also have no idea what my router is, whether Belkin or Lynksis or whatever, would it help if I found out? How? I looked all over it and there's nothing on it that says its one or the other.

OK, I have a $600-$750 budget. I'm hoping for a good built in webcam and microphone and I'd also like it to be able to multitask well. I'll mostly be on msn, do office and surf the web but I might want to play an mmorpg or two but no heavy gaming. I do have the habit of saving a lot of pictures so I do want at least average memory.

I'm looking for a notebook or a laptop (same thing to me) that is under $700 and has good memory. I'm thinking of getting the Dell Inspiration 1545. Would that be a good choice?
