I know the hardware works because it plays any other type of disk, except DVDs. It has been doing this for quite a while, but when I first got this computer it played DVDs fine, so I know it can play DVDs. Someone help?

So I'm connected to the internet, but the wifi icon has a little gold star? When I click it, it says I am connected, but the actual icon isn't changing.

Help?

I'm using windows 7.

Yeah, so every time I log on it says I have no wireless adapter built in to my computer. I haven't uninstalled the driver or anything. It just disappears. So to connect to the internet, I have to reinstall the wifi adapter each time I log on. What's causing this and how can I stop it?

I fell over and twisted my ankle. I couldn't move it, and I was in immediate pain. It hurt, once I rested it for a while, I could walk without too much difficulty, still limping but I could walk. Now, It hurts SO much even limping. There's SLIGHT swelling, not much at all. But I'm in a lot of pain. I hurt my ankle about three hours ago and haven't gone to get it checked. Could someone please provide me with a serious answer, as to what has happened to my ankle? Thanks.

Yeah, suddenly all USB ports stopped working. First of all my computer refused to recognise my USB, then they stopped working. Could I have some CLEAR instructions on how to fix this please? All help is appreciated. I need to do my coursework and I'm struggling, so help asap?

Sometimes when I first start my computer, wireless doesn't automatically turn on. Like it usually should do. So, I try to turn it on using the buttons, which also doesn't work. So I go on my list of network adapters and my realtek wireless one isn't there. After restarting a couple of times, then it connects and shows up. Why does this happen, and how can I fix it?

Usually my laptop, just turns WiFi on automatically. And the light glows orange. But when I turn on my laptop WiFi refuses to turn on? I restart it, after restarting my system a few times it works again. It's completely random. I have to restart my laptop, a couple times before my WiFi decides to work.

Also when it doesn't work, and I trouble shoot connection problems it says that I don't have the adapter installed correctly or something. It also sometimes shows up, saying that I don't have the correct driver.

I'm using Windows 7. Packard Bell Easynote TM85.

I downloaded some sims 3 custom content 'eyes', but I can't seem to find them. Where are they? The eyes that I downloaded are .sims3pack files. Help would be appreciated. Thanks :)

Well, I love all that vampire stuff. Twilight read it, loved it. Read loads of vampire books and stuff. And I'm completely hooked on Vampire Diaries. It's like my favourite show, ever! I was planning on watching true blood, will I like it? Is it worth watching?

Well my laptop screen is 'supposedly' HD LED and LCD, but if I tell someone they look at me funny and say, a screen cannot be LCD and LED at the same time.
