I just got a 2001 Yamaha Vino Scooter (the 2-stroke 50cc) and it's wicked fun....but I'd like a little more juice out of it.

I looked at the exhaust and clutch mods and may try those, but are there any "bolt-on" performance parts that anyone knows about? I looked around but only found factory replacement parts - even the exhaust replacement kits just added chrome but no real horsepower boost. I also found the 70cc kit, but I think I'd like to start smaller.

Can anyone point me to a site that has information about true performance parts for a 2001 Vino? Something more than just taking out the exhaust restrictor and less than a full 70cc bore-out?

My Mom's older desktop got some nasty virus. When you boot normally, the desktop is a advertisement (full of bad engrish) telling the user to go to a site and pay $69.99 for a security suite. There is a fake Virus Protector that pops up and won't close, and it's disabled all .exe files. It also deleted the copy of AVG that was loaded, but left the shortcuts so that it LOOKS like it's still there. It's also disabled the ability to open flash or external drives. The only thing that works is Internet Explorer, but it will only go to the fake virus protection site.

Since I can't run .exe files or open my flash drive, I can't reinstall any realy virus software since .exe files won't run, but I CAN boot into Safe Mode.

However.........AVG won't install in Safe Mode. Lame.

So before I trash the system and do a complete clean XP Pro install, does anyone have any help to recover this system?

I've got the LG enV phone and a 4GB micro SDHC card. I've been able to load my own music on my phone (although it's pretty lame that the enV only plays .wma files and not .mp3's) via the SD card, but I can't figure out how to get my own video on the phone.

I know they need to be .wmv files, but will the enV ONLY play video that was bought off Verizon's Get It Now? When I converted some vids to .wmv's and loaded them on my memory card, I could SEE them on my phone under "My Videos" but they won't play.

Anyone have any idea?

Any time I try to burn a data CD or DVD from a Burn Folder, my computer has a problem verifying the disc. It will go through the whole burn process and then I'll get this message:

This disc could not be verified and might be unreliable. Try again using a new, blank disc. (Error Code 0x80020063)

I don't get that message if I use Toast Titanium or when I burn a music CD using iTunes. It's only when I'm burning data from a Burn Folder (today I was archiving MP3s to a DVD). I've tried different brands of media, I've tried closing ALL other programs while I burn....nothing seems to work.

I've got a 20" AL iMac 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2GB RAM running OS X 10.5.2

Anyone have any ideas?

I have my Yahoo Spam Blocker set up to a TON of variations of "Rolex," "Watch," "Replica," "Medication" and "Discount" but the spam keeps coming through! It ends up in my bulk folder (and not my inbox, thank god!) but it's still annoying! I've tried a TON of different combos of the above words: both in the subject line and the body of the email, but the junk keeps coming through!

Any advice? I'm still getting about 10-15 per day! (That's down from 30 or more per DAY before I turned on the filter, but it's still getting me down.) :(

I've got a '94 Accord V6 and this morning the ABS light came on and stayed on.

I've never had that happen before: any know what the cause could be? I'm a little worried since it's winter and the light is for my brake system!

My in-laws are going to be watching my 3mo old daughter three days a week while my wife and I are at work. I know I have to have a Medical Release Form filled out and given to then just in case something happens, but I'm not sure what goes into one to make it legal and usable.

Does anyone know what must be included in a Medical Release or, better yet, know where I can download one that we can customize to apply to our situation?

I want to be sure my in-laws have the ability to get my daughter medical care should the need arise. I did a quick Google search but didn't find any forms that weren't specific to one organization.
