Two months ago, I accidentally met my ex-boyfriend on the street. We went out for lunch and talked about our good old days. since then, we talk or text each other at least once a day. He knows that I still have feelings for him but according to him, we should only be friends, take things one step at a time and I should not make things complicated (I wonder what he means by that?). He gives me small gifts or invites me for lunch whenever he feels I'm lonely. by the way, I just recently separated from my husband of 15 years while my ex-boyfriend remained single.

Most of the time, I feel lethargic, mild numbness of hands, and persistent neck/shoulder muscle spasm. I normally have headaches 3 to 4 times a week. My doctor says it might be due to thyroid problem but my T3/T4 test is normal. The articles I read in the internet describes my symptoms as anxiety. Your thoughts please....

My son can't sleep without sucking his thumb and bites his fingers when he's thinking or stressed. We tried putting chili on his thumb and wearing gloves before he sleeps but none worked.

Please help.
