How do I get over the depression?

So, I broke up with my boyfriend about two months ago because he was really paranoid and insisted that I didn't care about him. A week after we broke up he started dating a girl who cheated on him countless times. Around a month later they broke up. Now he's called me repeatedly and wants to get back with me. He's been saying things like "I never meant to loose you. you were the best I had", "you were the first girl I fell for". Yet, I told him that I really don't want to date him yet he doesn't get it. He asks me to hangout everyday and that he will take me out and show me that he deserves another chance. When I told him that I REALLY DIDN'T LIKE HIM ANYMORE he said that we should hangout so that can get feelings back for him. He's basically FORCING me to like him! He doesn't care that I don't want him no matter how much I tell him to get over me and that I don't want him he still insists that we get back together. What do I do? This kid is really getting to me :/
