I'm a 17 year old female, 5'4" and 115 lbs. I do cardio every single day and I burn 650 calories each day. I do basic arm and abs exercises and squats, but I'm just not toned. Should I do more strength training and continue the cardio or lessen the cardio and more strength training? I'm scared to change my workout routine because it's gotten me such good results in my legs and my back so I don't want to gain the weight back....

I want to change my blog picture on tumblr. Every time i go to customize, it won't let me scroll down to change the picture. How do i fix this?

So I just got a job at a big arcade place working in a food court. They don't have a lot of people working in the food court so the shifts are REALLY long, like 9 hours, which I think is a lot for someone in high school. Should I tell them that I can't work that long? I don't want to get fired...I'm just really overwhelmed.

I want to get a positive sign right behind my ear to symbolize to only listen to positivity. I want it to be really small, maybe the size of a nickel, maybe smaller. how much would this roughly cost?

I've noticed that I have a rash on both hands that goes down the sides of both my pointer fingers. It's swollen and red and burns when you touch it or run it under warm water. There's also little red bumps around it. Does anyone know what this is or how to treat it?

I have extremely thin hair and it's REALLY thin in the back. I'm extremely insecure about it so I try to find hairstyles that hide my thinness and simulate lots of volume. I have short hair, about 2 inches below my shoulder and I have a lot of long layers and I'd like it to be about shoulder length. Are there any styles that you could recommend? thank you!

So my parents have been married for about 20 years and they don't show affection anymore. They often have negative things to say about each other and it kinda hurts me. Today is there anniversary and they aren't taking it as seriously as i think they should. Sometimes my mom says "it's like I'm raising my 4 kids with a stranger". It just really hurts to know that they don't love each other anymore. Divorce is not an option and it's not something that we believe in. Is there anything I can do? Should I say something?

Every time I go on youtube, my computer goes to the blue screen of death and crashes. I have no viruses at all. Is this a driver problem and if so how do I fix it?

So I've noticed that right before my period, I get REALLY REALLY emotional over really stupid things. Like today, I went to Walgreens and accidentally bought waterproof mascara instead of the regular kind and when I got home and realized it, I started crying and got really angry. Is it this bad for anyone else? I hate how I feel like this.

It seems like whenever I have friends over, my mom freaks out at me. It got really bad in December when she screamed at the top of her lungs at me because I missed a spot on the counter after we were done baking. I didn't have friends over anymore until today and she screamed at me again and it just gets me mad because before I left she said, "have a fun time!" and then I get home she's like "PAIGE I'M SICK AND TIRED OF PICKING UP AFTER YOU AND YOU BETTER NOT BE COOKING ANYTHING." It's just really really embarrassing. I don't want my friends to feel uncomfortable or scared when they come over. Do any of you guys go through this too?

After having a basic phone for the past 4 years, I've decided that I'm getting a smartphone. I do not want the iPhone 5 because it's way too similar to the 4S, just bigger and I don't like how long the screen is. Verizon said that the 4 is free with the upgrade to the smartphone but I've heard that the 4S runs faster and I'd like to have Siri. The 4S is $100. Would you $100 for a phone that you want or get a free phone that maybe doesn't have the features you want? I'm so undecided.

I'm gonna put together a reading list for the Summer! My favorite book ever is The Outsiders and I've already read TFiOS and Perks and I really liked them. I like teen/young adult-ish novels about anything really. Any ideas?

I have to write a literary analysis of The Great Gatsby as a term paper. I'm trying to find quotes involving Daisy that shows the moral decay of the 1920s and I'm having trouble. Can anyone help?

I'm SUPER nervous! I did drivers ed and I took the actual driving exam that they do at the DMV and I passed which means I don't have to take it at the DMV. But even though I did that, they do spot checks and pick three days out of my birth month and they have those kids drive. I get really really nervous and don't perform well under pressure. If I have to take the test tomorrow, do you guys have any tips to calm my nerves?

So freshman year I was like best friends with this a girl named Jenna. I moved away and we sort of lost contact but I really miss our friendship and I go back to where we moved from every other weekend because we still have the house there. The problem is, I found her twitter and she's like really super pretty and is friends with a lot of popular people that sort of made fun of me back then. I feel like she'd not wanna hang out with me because I'm just average, you know? Should I contact her again? I'm scared she might not wanna be my friend anymore.

I have my permit and I passed drivers ed and everything. I'm an okay driver but every time I have to drive, I get super nervous and shaky. This feeling never goes away and I've driven a lot. Does it every go away? I'm almost 17 by the way.

So my friend found out that I applied for a job at this one store about a week ago and she applied about 2 days ago. I haven't gotten a call back yet and she already has the job. We both have good grades and are active in clubs and stuff and I was pretty happy with my application. It just kind of annoys me how I'm probably not going to get a job there and she did but I turned in my application before her. She said she doesn't even care about the job and she's "gonna hate it so much" but she felt the need to rub it in that she got the call? I don't know. It just sucks. I know it's what happens in the real world but would you be mad too?

If you think of the year "1920", do you picture a timeline in your head? What "side" of the timeline would the 1920 be on? It'd be on my left. And if I thought of the number "900", it'd be on the right side of the timeline. Someone please tell me they do this too lol
