We were redoing the floor in our house last week, and i was walking across the joists with no plywood on top, and the board broke and i fell and hit my shin on another board. at first it didnt hurt, just some cuts and scrapes. then it started feeling like a bruise, now it started to sting really bad when i walk or put any pressure on it. even sitting still it hurts some. could it be a hairline fracture? or what else could it be? it doesnt feel like any bruise or anything ive ever had!

I am 16, i work at Dairy Queen. i usually work on the drive-thru, on headset. since i started working there i have had sever hearing loss. i can barely hear out of my right ear at all. i have constant ringing in my ears, and a constant, severe migraine, ive asked for a break from the headset, to see if that eases my pain, but it wont. i have no wax buildups, or anything else that could cause this. so what is actually wrong?

I would like to make this into a career somehow. I would just like to know if anyone knows of good majors for college i should take and what are some job titles that would include this.

I am a 14 year old bi male. I know for sure the way that I am, and I am ready for my family to know. They are almost all homophobic and will not be supportive about it. Does anyone know of a way I can tell my family. I would also like someone who is around my age group, who is out of the closet to email me if they can help. I am 14 and I am gay. I am still in the closet and I would like to come out but i need some help through it. The main problem is that I can't tell my parents because unfortunately they are very homophobic. My sister turned out to be bisexual last year and she told my parents, and they went berserk. I am the only male child, so since I would have to keep the family name going, it would be even harder for me to come out. I don't trust any friends or family because where I live everyone has strict beliefs and those beliefs are against homosexuality. If you are going through a similar situation please say something. If anyone knows of somewhere I can chat with people my age going through the same thing please tell me where I can find it.
