  • has anyone cancelled a order before?

    I've recently cancelled a order from creative labs and they sent me back a replay saying

    "Please be informed that we just released your order."

    what does that mean? it sounds like it has been dispatched, but the reason i cancelled the order in the first place was because they wanted to see a photocopy of my card.
