In the state of Indiana when you sell a vehicle can the person buying the car transfer your plates to them. I recently sold a car and the person hasn't returned the plate yet. Can he get them transfered or does he have to get his own? I am wondering if I need to get them back by other means or report them as stolen if I can't get them back.

I recently took down wallpaper in my bathroom to find out the walls are in bad shape. Making them smooth is out of the question and so is wallpaper. What are your opinions on taking plaster and making streaks with the trowel all the way down the wall like waves in the plaster. Then painting it. I was hoping this would cover all the imperfections and keep the look updated. Any other ideas with plaster or any other way to cover would be appretiated.

I stripped old wallpaper from a bathroom but found out that the previous owners put plaster over parts of older wallpaper underneath and the paper isn't coming off easy. Would new wallpaper cover and stick to the old wallpaper (backing). I got the top layer off before finding all the problems. Half the wall has the paper backing on it still. I was going to paint but no way I can do that now without even more work.

I have taken down old original paneling and now there is glue left behind on the wallboard. After getting as much glue as I can off the walls would Faux painting hide the rest or any ideas to get the glue off or cover the slight bumps left behind would be appretiated.
