I'm having my online store redesigned and the developer is very skilled at the "nuts and bolts" part but has no artistic skill. I want to find someone who can make a custom background, icons, etc. so my template looks more custom. I'm just not sure what questions to ask, correct terminology, etc. For example, is the background of a website called "the background" or is there a more correct phrase? What is a reasonable budget in both money and time? Do I need a "graphic designer" or is there a better job title I should be researching? Thank you for your help!

I'm trying to transfer my domain, and the company I'm transferring it to said they sent a form to contact@myprivateregistration.com.

Why?? This is not my email address, how could I be expected to fill out a form sent there?
