I received an abuse claim for copyright infringement on my wi-fi service and I found out my friend used it to download this bit-torrent. However, in the section of the claim they are requesting a settlement by a particular date for a small amount. Though I didn't download it, I know I could be responsible since someone did use it on my wi-fi service. Should I pay the settlement or should I let it lapse?

I've been dating 2 women for at least 3 months, more or less. One these ladies has been through a divorce, has lost her job, and paying a past mortgage from a past marriage and honestly she isn't affectionate or connecting as I would want. I slept with a girl early this year and she'd contracted herpes and she told me after-wards. So immediately, I went to the doctor and they told me that I didn't have it. So I waited a few months, 5 months, and re-tested with a different doctor and they said the same thing, that I wasn't infected.
