  • This question is for breastfeeding moms?

I have been breastfeeding my son for four months now. I am not in any pain what so ever. I have noticed a small red rash on the outside outer edges of my breast. It does not itch and my son does not have thrush. It will go away some and get brighter sometimes too. It has been there for about a week. I also have been getting little red dots under my skin on my breast like a bruise almost. They are about the size of an eraser. My question is have any of you ever encountered this or anything similar? What did you do to correct this? Any information is appreciated.

6 start getting dressed & ready my self (drink my one cup of coffee)

6:30 wash dished from previous night & start setting out items for supper and getting lunches & snack together for the day

7 wake 3 year & get him ready for daycare

    7:30 leave for work

7:50 drop kids off & feed 3.5 month old again before leave for work

8:30 get to work and stay until 5:30

5:30 go get boys and head home

6:15 get home & feed 3.5 month old

6:30 cook supper & wash dishes from lunch & breakfast

  • Can it hurt an infant to consistantly have green bowels if breastfed?

I breastfeed my infant who is now 3 months old and he consistantly has greenish loose bowels about once a day. I know that breastmilk makes babies have loose bowels but the green is what is throwing my of here. He does not act like he is sick and never runs a fever. He nurses one side for about 15-20 minutes at a time every three to four hours. I pump out at work & he is fed a 5 to 6 oz bottle at daycare every three to four hours.

I have kept a diary of what I eat to see if anything corrolates and nothing has so far since they are consistantly green. Thank you for your time.

  • How do you make baby food with the food the family eats?

I want to make baby food for my son and heard somewhere that he could eat what we eat for meals if I blend it correctly & freeze it somehow.

  • How soon after pumping completely empty can you pump breastmilk again?

I am trying to increase my milk for my baby when he gets a growth spurt. Since I am working full time I will not know when he starts drinking more at daycare. I want to be able to supply him with all the milk he needs. He is 2 months old.
