I am an HVAC contractor and buy over $1.5 million a year from one of my supply houses. I had a guy that used to work for me quite and open his own company taking part of my service work with him. Now he is sticking his nose in one of my supply houses trying to get my pricing on equipment since he knows what mine was while he worked for me. He hasn't been working with the supply house since 1971 like I have and buys maybe one system a month. I am pretty sure they have given it to him with the hard economic times. Why should he get the pricing that I worked and struggled to get for so long? I will not lie I am the largest HVAC company in my area and haven't been hit that hard by the economy. I know most of you will say competition is good, well I outlasted some of the worst and cheapest guys in town to get my name as golden as it is and I will not let this little wimp ruin it. I have already been asked several times where he is, all thinking he was the owner and shared my last name. I pretty much want to run him out of town, if I come across somebody that has a bid from him I will purposely undercut him by $600 to $800 just to get him out of here. My wife and I argue over this constantly she seems to think I need to let it go, what about you guys.

For some reason pretty much the only thing that scares me is sitting on a toilet without looking and making sure a snake, rat or something isn't in there. Whats my problem?

I was driving and one of my ropes broke I started to slow down and move into the shoulder when a an A/C fell off my truck and landed on the shoulder. I stopped, backed up and smash this old ford explorer hit my condenser, an 18-wheeler and 6 other cars went by and didn't hit it. The A/C wasn't even in the road it was on the shoulder almost in the ditch. The guy hit it head on, I am pretty sure he hit it on purpose because he said he had just been laid off and all that crap, but I don't think I can say anything to my insurance.

I mean put on a head set and gloves and it pretty much transports you into the game. Example; Fallout 3. How cool would it be if you could put on a head set and gloves turn your head to the left and look left, bend down pick a grenade and just chunk it at an enemy. Or like a Madden game that puts you right in the action you could block, pass, tackle. Just something I wish I knew more about.

I installed an A/C for a builder and his Customer about 6 months ago. The Customer had some things stolen from the house we did, now the builder called me this morning and asked for me and all my guys name, addresses and phone numbers. I told him I didn't have anything to hide so I gave him all of the info he wanted, but I am just wondering what the Customer could do with all of it. Should me and all my guys expect a phone call from the cops or what.

My soon to be ex-wife and I were trying to have a baby, we went to Cabo this past weekend and she did some things that constitute a divorce in my opinion. I found out she already had plans to move out when she got a job and she thinks I was cheating on her with my best friends girlfriend, which I was not. She has told me if we are pregnant that she will give up all rights to me, I am want to know if she can really do this.

About half way through the song it stops and they play a clip from Private Parts that goes "you are the motherfuc*ing anti-christ" and then they keep on rocking.

I picked it up at GameStop about an hour and a half ago and I already took it back. Can somebody tell me they bombed bigtime on this game.

I used to be doing alot better but now my gameplay has gone to the toilet. Once I entered my second prestige I get like 7-10 kills and die around 15 times, I can't seem to kill anybody. When you play are you matched with people of your same ranking or close to it. I know what some of you are going to say but I don't really care to hear "just play and shut-up jackface".

Just wondering, what the plans are for the next video game consoles.

I have 107 acres in central texas and want to dig a tank on it about 5 acres in size. Where would I got to get information on having somebody dig it or information on digging it myself and making sure it will hold water. I can buy a used dozer but I don't know where I would dig it to make sure it would hold water. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am 23 yrs old 6' 4" and weigh 266lbs. About 3 months ago I weighed around 245lbs but I started taking whey protien shakes for breakfest and hit the weights pretty hard and increased my upper body like crazy. My wife is scared that I will end up dying before I should since I weigh that much more now, but its all muscle. If I was 6' 4" and just a fat pudgy bastard I could see her point. Am I at a high risk of heart attack just like a fat person? Heart problems are on both sides of my family, but my dad is 62 works construction everyday drinks like a fish and eats fried foods and he hasen't kicked the bucket yet. I think he is living on borrowed time already. I wonder if I should go to the doctor and get a body fat % done, and ask him.

I haven't decided on a popcorn machine. I already have a few classic arcade games. My wife and I went through and bought 18 movie posters. Does anybody have any comments or suggestions on the setup? Thanks.

They sell them at Tractor Supply for $2700.00. My wife and I were looking at buying a Yamaha Grizzly 350cc and a Grizzly 125cc together they were $7900.00. The Manco atv is only 260cc but the frame size is bigger than the Grizzly 700cc. We already have a Beartracker 250cc and a Bayou 250cc and the engine size is plenty, the only reason I don't like the Beartracker is the actual size is to small for me. I can buy three of the same mid size Manco for the same price as two of the Yamaha, one mid size and one small size. I wanted to know if anybody has bought one of those four wheeler and if they last.

My wife and I loved Oblivion, we are looking for a game just like it. Is there any chance another Elder Scrolls is coming out anytime soon. I read about this Mass Effect game and it doesn't really seam like what we are looking for. We bought that Two Worlds game when it came out and it sucked.

I have beaten the game and now starting over and just wondering what all that crap does. Pickaxe, paintbrush, cloth tongs, calipurs does anyone know what this suff does beside nothing.

and renting it out every now and then to help pay for it. Does anybody out there do this and how well does it work? Is it hard to find people to rent it from you? Have you had anybody totally destroy your stuff? Thanks.
