for towing my vehicle without my knowledge when there is nothing stated in the contract? There was no warning notice on the vehicle before it was towed. The office did not try to contact me about it being towed. The reason it was towed is because it had a flat tire (which was going to be fixed that day). There is nothing in the contract stating that a vehicle should be registered with the administrative office. There is nothing in the contract stating that an apartment cannot have two vehicles. Would I have just cause to sue the landlord for the $150 it cost me to pick it up? After talking with the office woman, she quoted "the owner will recognize half of the cost. but you will have to pay for the pickup and we will take that half off of your next rent payment". Whoopee! $75 off of rent who cares? That's not helping me.

I am making my own cd's for my wedding reception music. I was curious as to how I should order the songs in lieu of tempo. I'm playing big band/swing instrumentals during dinner. Then we'll start off with Bride/Groom, Bride/F.O.B., Groom/M.O.G, Wedding Party...

I have a mix of genres... majority coming from late 70's early 80's. A lot of popular songs and party hits.

Now, all that being said... how should I order the songs, for example... should I play 3 dance/faster songs, 2 slower, 2 slow dance? Leave out the slow dance songs? Play certain genres as the night goes along? Any help would be appreciated :)

I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and have had 4 years experience in the pscyhology field. (about a year and a half working as a drug and alcohol counselor and HIV counselor. abuot 2 1/2 years as a TSS working with autistic and mentally challenged youth) I was wondering if it was necessary to have a masters to be able to get a job as a high school guidance counselor.

Ok. So I have a problem with my Powerbook G5. It turns on but when it starts loading the grey screen, it flickers then loses visual. It still runs (I can hear the fan and such) but the screen is absolutely black. From what I've read on apple.com it might be my video card. Now I know that the video card is part of the motherboard. Is it able to be fixed? I've invested a lot of money in this computer and REALLY can't afford to buy a new one. If it is able to be fixed, how much do you think it would cost? I was planning on using my stimulus check to fix it. Any ideas?

My fiance's stupid friend tried to be funny and smeared bubblegum all over the area around my keyhole on the drivers side. Have tried washing.. to no avail obviously. I'm afraid to use anything strong, but would like it gone. Any suggestions?

If a man signs a birth certificate he is responsible for paying child support. My question is: If the man conducts a D.N.A. court permissible test and determines the child is in fact not his, what happens next? Does the mother have to pay back all of the money that was taken from the father? Can the man get his name taken off of the birth certificate?

If the child is in fact his, can he go through court to have the child carry his last name?

Should you lose body mass first and then start muscle toning? Or can you start muscle toining at the beginning? I'm worried that if I start muscle training it will just tone the fat.

Every so often, the gums on the right side of my upper mouth swell. It's always the same side and the same area. One time as I was having my teeth cleaned the dentist assistant asked me if I smoked because she sometimes sees that with people who smoke. But... I've never smoked a cigarette in my life. It's pretty random as to when my gums swell and it only last a couple days. Any idea as to what causes this?
