I was involved in a RTA resulting in a concertina of 4 vehicles. I was in the 3rd vehicle. The first being shunted by the second and me being shunted into the second by the fourth. I have recieved a letter from the first claiming I was neglegent and not paying attention to the road. She is claiming whiplash and back injuries, even though she drove away and did not see the attending paramedic. I was not read a charge by the police but did fill a statement.
Can the police still bring charges towards me even though I plead no guilt and have had no charge read to me.
