Can I get in trouble for giving cash to somebody who offers to use their foodstamp card?
Although I have never done it. People always offer to pay my groceries with their food stamp in exchange for my cash. (usually less cash than the cost of grocery.) Can I get in trouble for giving them cash.

My car was registered in Texas but I have recently moved to Washington State. After getting my WA plates, My landlord noticed me changing them and asked if he could have the old TX plates for his towable RV (he does not use it). I gave them to him but I have noticed that he did not put them on his RV. Should I be worried? Is it legal to give away license plates? My Texas registration was valid until 12/2013.

Each day I see tow trucks driving above the posted speed limits.. other times weaving in and out of traffic at high speeds... This morning I saw one drive past a red light though no camera was mounted on the signal... Are they exempt from minor trafic rules when responding to an emergency?
