" Its a house located in Jaipur,India ..which my father left without a will for his four children...?
.two brothers&two sisters..its about 240 sq yards . My two sisters and younger brother transferred their share to me through" registered relinquish deed" , ( I compensated to my brother by giving a property of around half of my fathers property in another colony ) ...no problems in all this . Now I wish to make will for my children ....I understand one can make "will" on his own earnings , but inherited property can not be "willed"....in above case ...my common sense says ....Inherited only 1/4 of my father's house ..rest 3/4 of the house was given to me by my sisters&brothers without any condition. Hence I should have right to make will on the part of property which I received from my brothers&sisters , yes my 1/4 inherited part should go to my wife & children in equal portion
