  • Looking for meta human tv show suggestions?

Hi. Now that summer is starting all my favorite shows are going on break. I want to watch a TV show with meta-humans, like vampires, werewolves, witches, people with super powers etc. I've enjoyed watching Grimm, Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf, and Young Justice, also a few animes like Shiki. I prefer live action but anime is fine as well. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanks.

  • Reccomendations for a show while Grimm and Vampire Diaries are between seasons?

I would like a recommendation for a show about characters with superhuman/paranormal qualities, that features a "tall dark and handsome" male protagonist or anti-hero. So far Damon from TVD is the hottest character I've ever seen and reruns just aren't cutting it anymore. I'd prefer something at least mild violence and cough blood cough. I don't care whether its live action or anime as long as there aren't a whole lot of whiny vampire cliches and such. Oh and nothing with a main character that is like totally invincible unless he's super gorgeous and deadly. Thanks for all answers, points go to whichever show I like best.

  • Help with growing my chives?

I recently bought some pre-planted chives at the supermarket and now they are all wilted. They are all in a small plastic pot out on my deck where they can get plenty of sun, but they've wilted even more out there than they did inside my house. They topsoil is still wet so I don't think they need water. What am I doing wrong?

  • Best free forum hosting website?

I am looking for a good free website which I can create a forum on for my D&D club. I don't know how to write programs and I really don't feel like learning. I understand some extremely basic aspects of programming but I have never written a program and I really don't want to. The site must:

Allow me to control who can post in the forum.

Allow me to delete other people's posts.

Send an email notification any time someone makes a new post.

Allow at least 15 people to be members in the forum.

Some features I would really like the site to give me are:

The ability to edit the posts of other members.

The ability to put words in italics or bold without typing like /italic/ or stuff like that.

    Tabs for the forum topics.

And the ability for each member upload an avatar of their choosing.

  • How can I resize the itunes window from any side?

I'm running windows 7 64 bit and I used to be able to change the size of the iTunes window from any side. Ever since I installed the 64 bit version of iTunes (I used to use 32 bit) I can only resize the iTunes window from the bottom right corner the way it works on a mac. Does anyone know of a setting or plug-in I can use to fix this so I can change the window size from any side?

  • What does, "to heal with drawn flesh" mean?

I'm reading Dragonsong by Anne McCaffrey and the main character cuts her hand while gutting a fish. The fish has some kind of corrosive oil that dissolves skin, so its a base, and some of it got into the wound. The main character's mother treats the injury and tells her that she will never regain full use of the hand or be able to play an instrument again. So what does "drawn flesh" mean in these sentences: "Yet Mavi (the mother) was too skilled a healer not to have known that the knife had missed her finger tendons. She had deliberately let the wound heal with drawn flesh. It was painfully clear to Menolly (The character) that Mavi as well as Yanus (the father), had not wanted her to be able to play again."

What does it mean to heal with drawn flesh and how would that stop her from being able to play?
