I need to be able to extract the whole number from the decimal places.

So if in one cell its 3.4564 then i want to be able to put the 3 in once cell then .4564 in another cell.

What it is im creating a file download calculator to calculate the time it would take for the a file to download, and i want the minutes and seconds to be in different cells.

Im making a webpage, I need some sort of script probally PHP

Well, I own a car, but at the moment it is not insured as I have not passed my driving test.

I was wondering is there anything I can do to just insure the car cheaply when its off the road. As i don't want it being stolen.

What it is you see, i bought a 7 inch touchscreen cd/dvd player and it does not have a face off (a panel that can be removed to ensure the stereo cannot be used if stolen).

I was wondering what measures I can take to keep it more secure.

I have a mk 5 Ford Fiesta

I am thinking of tinting my 3 rear windows.

I have an alarm and immobiliser.

I need suggestions on other things I can do as a security measure.

Its a vauxhall corsa year 2000 done 62000 miles, occassionally when driving the Check Engine light will appear momentarily.

Any suggestions will be brilliant.
