I have a small house, someone was staying in there and when I was out of town the person had a bounty on them for jumping bail. The bounty kicked in my door and broke the frame part where the bolt goes in to lock it. Do they pay for that damage? I know bounties are contractors...but who pays for that damage???

It's like I have a business and you have me paint your house and the people I hire break all your windows... who pays my company or the guy that I hired? Who pays for the door? The one that kicked it open or the company that hired her (female bounty)??

i cleaned the fan , i changed hard drives (4 different ones i had) ive changed out power supply..i have no idea it loads and gives the safe mode - last known config ect.. options i have no idea what it can be can someone help ?

this is the story my wife's dad died and had left money to the oldest son i believe and all the kids were suppose to get 10k each ..im guessing he was suppose to be the one to pass it out to everone...she has a bank account and he says he cannot transfer the money to the bank account ...he is telling her she needs to open a credit card ..and the description of it is im guess he said "a credit card transfer"

i have a phillips (i think 48'') something like that - screen tv and its mostly red....i took it apart i didnt know much i tried adjusting the color didnt work then i noticed that the Blue and Green CRT? tubes didnt have no images in them only the red. is there a way to fix them or if anyone know if they are cheap to get?

I have a friend she is a little slow not that slow but, she said to me before her father passed away that he was leaving her the house. Well her father passed away, last week sometime and her family does not keep her in the loop about things because she is slow but good heart'ed. She wants to ask them but she's worried they well say that's all you care about. (and its not) she gets a SSI check and has a child, the House would help her alot.

So question again how can she find out through the courts or anything if her father left her anything ?

i know getting a domestic violence can cause you to loose ur right even if there was no gun involved and if you dont live with them but you had kids, i asked a question about guns in another question.

What are the diffrent ways you can loose ur right to a gun in the state of texas ? a web site wud help also thank you.

i was talking bout this at work and a worker said if u get a divorce you loose your right also.

i was wondering if the government using that to disarm us because im sure 90% of couples have a fight and might add was not married and hadn't been living together for 2 years but do have kids together.

I live in the United States..I ask alot of people about out country foreign and people from here, i usally get same answer ,country is good, government is evil or corrupt. i was wonder if alot of people feel this way and if our goverment is lying to us (which i believe it is myself) why cant another country "we" consider evil expose it ? So in my question, Can one evil beat one evil for good ?

i have a few questions, about java and runescape - and how the people who make moparscape and others thta have a (server) of the rune scape /moparscape..

1. how did the people get the runescape map /game graphics and able to edit it.

2. what files are the graphic files?

3.how are some people able to edit thier game and put 1 npc in edge and make him trade u wild stuff.

4.and make the ":: code here" then make it do what it want?

5 and what programs are needed to decompile and edit

6. what software is needed.

and other questions.. does the "server"/editor can soo the whole map? and see what people are doing like spy on them ect.. i know the serevr is the main project and the client is the passout with out the functions of the master program, can someone help me?.
