Hobbies; scuba, hiking, shooting, making silencers. If a person can not give a detailed, honest and accurate answer, why bother at all?

  • Why is TSP limited to $16,500 per year?

Why not raise it to $20,000 or more. Why have any cap at all?

  • How do I inherit my parents house and incur the lowest tax?

My parents live in Minnesota, I live in Washington State. They want to sell the house to me to generate extra income while they remain in the house until they pass away. We all want to avoid the cost of a mortgage. I was thinking that they can sell it to me for a certain amount of money then I just pay them equal monthly installments.

What if they formed a trust and gave it to me that way? Would I still be saddled with a hefty inheritance tax?

I know I need to talk to a lawyer before we go ahead with this, but I was wondering what options there are. Any good websites I can be pointed to? Thanks

  • Where can I find a drawing of a Nagant 1895 silencer?

The Nagant 1895 is the only revolver that can be effectively suppressed due to the cylinder closing the gap. I need a pic of the silencer (Bramit device) to make my revolver look genuine. I found this photo, http://www.putfile.com/pic/7941916 but I do not think it is the right one. I am an experienced silencer maker and will apply for the tax stamp using the ATF form 1 to keep things legal. Thanks

  • Why do people here lie about gun control?

When I answer a question about civilian silencer ownership, I give detailed accurate information. It is frustrating to read other answers that say silencer ownership in the USA as a whole is prohibited. These idiots have never read any federal law that prohibits civilian silencer ownership and they know that if something is not banned in the USA, then it is legal. This makes their claims the same as lies. I also get a thumbs down on my answers even though they are simple to understand and accurate.

Is it willful ignorance, lying, or just plain prejudice against gun owners in general? Thanks.

  • Why did California ban 50 BMG rifles when these rifles have never been used in violent crime in CA?

Could it be they are not actually interested in preventing crime?
