i just got new spikes and i havent used spikes before.. i use them in the mile and 2 mile in track.. im not used to them and they felt strange.. whats a good way of getting used to them?

in the nhl games they break up fights within 5 seconds. the ahl has some pretty good ones, they used to not even break them up until someone hurt someone else, and still get a penalty.. new rules?

I get to the page before the rooms with the link, and when i click the link the entire page just closes. It's not like it's the pop up blocker because it's not like it's closing the new window, it's closing the window that's already open. My computer does it with some other sites as well.. possibly something with the cookies folder? help?!
