So my uncle lives in a different country to us and he often comes to visit which is really cool. So he s coming next month but problem is he s gonna be in a different city to us and naturally my mom wants to fly down to see them which would be great but I have a big clash...

I m going on a school trip out of the country for 10 days and she wants to leave the day after I arrive back. I m pretty sure the last thing I m gonna want is to be away from home more plus I m going to be exhausted and in need of rest. Also, my boyfriend is going to be away and I come back on my birthday and him a couple days after and it would be really cool to celebrate with him seeing as we won t even be able to chat for 10 days. And I mean I probably could manage with those two things except I have this massive school project due when I go back to school (a day after this proposed visit) and for that I need wifi and no distractions which ain t gonna happen.

What do you suggest I do? I m not allowed to stay home alone so that can t bean option but I could go to a friend. I just really don t know how to put it to my mom that I d rather be home without offending her or being the reason she can t see her brother....

So I ve been on the pill for two years now and I am sexually active but we always are safe. I was sick this month and so had to go on an antibiotic and I forgot my pill for the first time in months. My period was a day late and I was relieved when it came. But it is waaaayyy lighter than its ever been and such a different consistency. Should I be worried about pregnancy or anything else?

So I m dating this amazing guy. We re both 16 so I don t have a lot of money to spend but I really want to get him something special for Christmas because he always gets me really personal, special gifts. We re both musicians. Do you guys have any ideas of gifts you d want for Christmas as a guy or that you ve gotten and really liked or things you ve gotten people? Anything really would help me. Thanks so much :)

Late period on yaz birth control?

So I'm 16 years old and have been on yaz birth control pill for about a year now. I've always had normal periods and they always come on the Tuesday or Wednesday. My boyfriend and I had protected sex but the condom broke. He always does pull out anyway but he didn't even come this time. It's now Thursday and still nothing. I've had a few mild PMS symptoms and very very little discharge that's kinda brown? But it's barely noticeable. Is it possible that I'm just having a seriously light period? Do I need to be worried about pregnancy? I'm panicking and I don't know what to do. Please help me.

So my boyfriend has issues with his family and gets quite stressed from school work and I never felt like I was doing enough by just listening. So I made him this set of letters for when he's upset or stressed but as I gave them he looked incredibly guilty and now he's been chatting fine and then says before bed no he's really stressed and sad and just wants to sleep it off. Have I put him off talking to me? Because as I told him I still wanna be there to listen but have the letters as extra. What should I do? I'm really regretting giving them to him.

So me and my boyfriend are both 16 and we ve been going out for a while now. I take Yaz birth control and have been for about a year. I am normally quite good about taking it on time but it might have been taken a few hours apart this week as I'm on holiday and out of routine.

The condom broke today and we didn't have a spare so he pulled out before he came.

I don't have access to a morning after pill as I can't drive yet.

Will yaz work and if so do I need to take more than usual? And is there anything else I should do?

I am going to be 16 years old in two weeks and I am not allowed to do anything on my own. I really want to be able to take my dog on a daily walk just once around my block, not even leaving the neighbourhood. I was allowed to do this a couple of months ago twice but then my dad decided it was unsafe. It was the best thing for me because I got to have some independence and it was good exercise for both me and the dog. Since then I've tried to get my mom to come with me or convince them but it never happens and I really just want to be able to walk the damn dog!

how can I convince my parents without annoying them?

My mom going to be away for the weekend so we have my grandparents staying with us to look after us. It's exams but I do well so my mom is normally fine for me to go out a bit as long as I've studied. I really want to see my bf just for a couple of hours but my grandparents don't like driving here and don't have a car seeing as they flew down to visit. I feel bad asking him to come to my house and be fetched again so quickly because he lives quite far and he came all the way here last weekend. I've tried to make plans by getting friends to drop me or to use a cab service but my mom refuses to let me and says she thinks it's better if I don't see him. I really want to see him because we hardly see each other due to school. How can I convince my mom to let me go or how do I make a plan that works? Help!!

So I've been dating this guy for a month now. And we were chatting over text. He said he loved this one thing about me and I said really? Not many people know about that. He then asked who else knew and I responded my idiot of an ex but don't worry about him. He then said fair enough x night. Very short goodnight message as opposed to normal. Was I wrong to say that? And should I send him a message and apologise for anything?

So I just started dating this guy about two weeks ago and we get on really well. It's his 16th birthday this week but he has no idea what he wants plus I don't know him well enough to know what to get him. He is really into music - plays piano and guitar - we both love dogs, we're both interested in science.

I am 15 years old and for the past 7 months I've been dating an 18 year old guy. Things were going smoothly. We were in love and have never fought or argued once.

Two days ago he said to me that his mom has been talking to him about us - she has never liked me - and she had been pressuring him to break up for two weeks. He said he hated this pressure. He wanted to warn me that now that he was going to university it would be difficult and so we may have to call it off but we'd see. Two weeks ago he'd said a similar thing but we'd both agreed we were willing to try.

We continued texting after the Skype call as normal. But then he started building me up and telling me how amazing I am and how I have potential to get out there. It felt like we were already broken up.

He asked if he should still come to my house the next day as planned. I asked him if we were broken up and he found ways to talk around it and then we both presumed it was over.

My parents say that they thought it would come to an end naturally this year due to varsity but both said they didn't understand why exactly we broke up. My dad says it sounds like he didn't want to.

I am still very much I love with him. I am not angry with him at all and the only feeling I have is confusion and loss.

I want to message him and tell him I want him back and still love him. But I don't want to be needy. But I also don't see myself getting over him. I'm spending my life wondering if he still loves me.

What should I do?

I HAVE MAJOR speaking anxiety and my boyfriend's family doesn't understand this. They think the reason I don't talk is because I am not interested or not comfortable. He is always telling me their comments about me and it's really starting to get to me. I really want them to like me but I can't speak to his family without almost bursting into tears from my speaking anxiety.
