Hi, I am a qualified BHS riding instructor and have been around horses all my life and I'm way past 40!). Until moving to Cornwall in April 2011, I was Chief Instructor at a BHS, ABRS approved Riding School & Pony Club Centre in Lincolnshire. I have competed and coached all disciplines but have always favoured dressage. I was influenced at a very early age by a herd of horses who lived a natural lifestyle close to where I lived as a child and teenager which led me more into natural horsemanship which forms the basis of all my teaching. I am currently writing an indepth guide for riders and inexperienced / newly qualifed instructors to help in their journey towards perfection.

  • Hi, only 3 days to go before I go?

    I'm off on my jaunt to warmer climes for the winter, I probably won't be able to get onto HA, and I won't be back until the end of March. So I just want to wish everyone on HA a very merry christmas and a happy healthy 2012. I hope you get everything you wish for. I'll really miss getting involved and giggling at some of the fantastic funny and entertaining answers given by the intolerants amongst you!!
