so this morning when i went to the loo, i saw some dried blood in my undies. i assumed it was my first period, told my mum that i thought i might have a tiny bit of blood in my undies, but that im not sure (cause i wasnt sure) but now there is no blood anywhere at all and now im confused. can somebody help me?

hi so im about 10 kilos over weight and i think its because of not enough excersise because i eat fairly healthily and only eat an appropriate amount of sweet things so i was just wondering what kinds of sports or excersises i could do to be more active. any suggestions are appriciated

I really want to lose 7 kilos and was wondering how long it would take if i do it healthily. I'm 13 and am 1,62 cm. (about 5,3ft) any tips and ideas? i also want to go swimming (laps) once a week for at least 45 mins.
