US Army Reserves bonuses?
I've read on a Military website that you can get "up to" 20 grand in bonuses upon joining the Reserves, so I'm assuming that is an extremely high estimate, and an average number is much lower. A recruiter I talked to on the phone confirmed this.
I don't want to say that I'm just joining that Reserves to get the bonus if that is what it is sounding like, but to say the truth, my landlord came to my door today, and basically I have to be out of my apartment by noon tomorrow, and I have nowhere to go, so that is a major factor in joining. I've spent the last few weeks looking for work with no luck, so the reserves are really the only option that I have left.
Can anyone give me their experience with the bonuses, a general amount, and when I receive it?
I would appreciate any information or experience that another user could share with me.
3 AnswersMilitary1 decade agoQusetions about Assignment Deals?
1. When you try to find a seller, is it possible to do deals with sellers who have chosen to work with a Realtor? It seems like nearly every seller hires a Realtor. The FSOBs who have chosen not to deal with realtors all seem unwilling to sign the 30 day contract to sell their home because they simply don't want to take their house off the market for 30 days. Do I literally just keep calling sellers untill I find someone ho allows me to, or is there a specific type of property I should be looking for?
-How do I find investors? i don't see any "we buy houses" adds in my newspaper
Finally, I do not want to see any spam from ignorant realtors, who don't know any real estate laws. Assignments ARE legal, people who assign deals are NOT breaking any laws, you don't know what you're talking about, shut up.
